Alexzandria Salter has been part of the Konnect family since the very beginning, bringing over a decade of experience in real estate to her role as Building Manager. Her deep expertise in residential building management and her unwavering commitment to excellence make her an invaluable member of the team.
Alex's journey began at Rent Central Parklands in Sherwood, where she quickly demonstrated her leadership potential. She went on to spearhead the opening of Pradella's flagship Riverside Gardens complex, successfully managing a portfolio of 4 buildings and 469 units. Following the acquisition by JLL, she seamlessly transitioned to oversee the combined sites—a total of 704 units—cementing her reputation as a highly capable building management professional.
Her expertise continued to grow through roles at Pointcorp Rentals, where she managed new settlements for large-scale estates and oversaw prestigious residential buildings including Vida West End, Magnus Kangaroo Point, Maxwell New Farm, and Fabric Teneriffe. At Asset Realty and Ray White Runaway Bay, she served as Senior Property Manager for the exclusive Sovereign Island Portfolio, honing her skills in managing high-end properties for discerning investors.
